Thread: Unable to login my usage account

Since my BSNL B.B. connection is activated through a preloaded Simens Router by the BSNL staff, they didn't provide me my username and password. Though connected through a base phone, my phone no. is not working as my identity. And the dedicated site is refusing my entry and watch my usage account. How do I solve it?

Presuming that you are a NIB2 customer, you need a 14 digit alpha numeric ID that you can use to log in on that portal ( http://bbservice.bsnl.in )

first call cust care and ask them about it otherwise visit your local exchange
