Thread: bsnl "introduces" weird problem

    The usage Portal is working fine for me..

    Is every1 facing this problem??.. Or only the new users?? I heard there are those who login from the BSNL/Data1 direct link..

    http://10.240.64.195/webLogin.jsp : is working fine..

    Regarding the message that appears after downloadin 1 Gig data..Im really not sure if i get it.. Firstly cuz im not that fortunate to download 1 Gig data within an hour.. My lines not good enough.. Will check today n see.

    My usage portal is back to normal too... I've tried datafox... it doesn't work on new IP address 117.xxx.xx.x... so it was useless for me too...

    i had wierd problem on data fox.... i installed since some 10 days.. but it never showed usage... connecting and connecting.. at last one red cross.. appear.. saying error.. then since 2 days i wan not able to see my usage .. the site came page load error.. i got frustrated uninstalled datafox,,, and voila.. site appears in a sec.. wonder y it happened? anyone can tell me y??

    and y datafox not working man???

    one more thing.. i checked my unbilled usage.. for last tow days... 1st and 2nd ... guess what... it says no usage records.. how come???????? i am so happy... lol.. no usage since 2 days? infact i used it.. and once it happened i disconnected my modem at morning 8 30 am.. was scared thinking bsnl will let me pay for whole night download.. but here it says no usage details..

    doc... Datafox is a crap... don't bother about it... use bsnl's portal to chk ur usage...

    Mine usage is updated... u might get lucky if they don't count ur usage of 2 days...

    if they r showin zero as ur usage, then u r one hell of a lucky man.
    if not, then they havent updated it yet. but dont worry, they will.

    Just now tried with 14 digit Portal ID.
    ( sent to me earlier and to Programmer of DataFox
    by User with IP 117.xx.xx.xx for testing )
    working fine.
    If you need checking send PM to me .
    Para two:
    I am using it for past 18 months
    My IP is 59.xx.xx.xx .
    DataFox : I think ONLY application/addon from INDIA
    accepted by the Mozilla Foundation for all versions of FF.
    Also only common program available
    for BSNL /MTNL Mumbai and Delhi users also.
    Please WAIT. posting screenshot for settings for you.

    at last problem is solved and my usage portal is also updated. bsnl is so lazy....

    I am also having same problem in Surat, Gujarat. Yesterday the portal bbservice.bsnl.in was working fine. Today I am not able to login .Gives :
    Invalid username/password . please try again " error message.

    I do not know what is happening with BSNL !

    ..yesterday i talked to bsnl helpline and the guy said that it is just a technical fault .. it ruined my whole day:32::2guns:

    u must be damn lucky that they let u off after one day.
    i have personally waited for 10 days before they restored my port.

    My connection has started working properly(Surat city,Gujarat) . I do not know why BSNL introduced such a clumsy way of advising crossing 1 GB limit.

    this is insane.
    I download about 4-5GB of data every night during 2am to 8am but I have opened http sites during this time range and even after 8am and never faced this problem. I think it may be a problem with your browser.
