Thread: My broadband plan has'nt changed!

I Had applied for broadband plan change on 23rd of october...
it should have changed today(1st nov)..but it has'nt changed..
so what should i do now...

it can be done any time , not necessarily on 1st
my application was on 25, they did it on 3rd next month

so i would suggest that you call up and report, that will give it some more priority

dont start downloading until your sure of the plan change..

i called up customer care..they told it will change within 1 week..
