Thread: help me with multiplay

my connection is perfect but some times i cannot browse. after trying many thing i found tht the user name and password which we type in dsl router will change to multiplay periodically which is the cause for connection failure. and after i change the user name from multiplay to my user name it works normally. but after some time it again changes to multiplay. pls anyone let me know what is the problem. thanking u in advance and waiting for ur reply. pls help!!!!!

which modem do you have?? mention model no.. are you connected via USB or LAN?
