Rep Power: 2  |  Be sure or call customer care It will show as provisioned (not normal)...rest depend on ur area service but i am sure that it will be status as provisioned....wait for 2-3 days more....... |

Rep Power: 4 | yes it will show normal only, its for 59.xx ips the provisioned is for 117.xx ips yes i guess, but first try and download a file of little size, then check if is counted as 0 or not. |

Rep Power: 3 | i would still download only about 200 mB tonight (2.00am-8.00am) if i were you. and then wait for tomorrow to see if it is counted as zero. with ur plan u can download as much as 4GB in the night time if the connection is good. can u imagine how much u will be billed if they decide to charge u for that. Maybe i m over-cautious but still i believe u should wait tonight and download only about 200MB for testing reasons. P.S. U should never trust BSNL.
