Rep Power: 0  |  How to check BSNL usage for a new connection ? Hi, I recently switched from a different ISP to BSNL Home 500c plan. I want to check the usage but the bsnl site (bbservice.bsnl.in) keeps displaying 'no records found' message. Can any one help me how to check the internet usage..? I have been using it for the last couple of days..and I have no clue of how much I have used up.. Do I need to activate something by calling BSNL call center ? Pls advise... Thanks, Frooty... |

Rep Power: 0 | thanks for the responses... i was giving all the details correctly.. i called up the bsnl call center..they said that my account needs to be set up on their system which will take a weeks time..only then it seems i can check my usage..it seems.. anyone else had come across such problem..? |
