Default How to check BSNL usage for a new connection ?

    Hi,
I recently switched from a different ISP to BSNL Home 500c plan.
I want to check the usage but the bsnl site (bbservice.bsnl.in) keeps displaying 'no records found' message.
Can any one help me how to check the internet usage..? I have been using it for the last couple of days..and I have no clue of how much I have used up..

Do I need to activate something by calling BSNL call center ?

    Pls advise...

    Thanks,
    Frooty...

    1. Please mention your location.

    2. Select your area from the list given below and try to register there. You need you consumer no. which you can get from your bill.

    3. Use a bandwidth meter till you can get it fixed. One from Shaplus or Networx will do.

    i am from dombivli
tried all links but it doesn't give me a chance to input my customer number
all it does is goto that page and then when i come out i am redirected to the original page which has check usage written atleast 3 times on it and a mail id and pwd txt bx which never have worked for me .

can u send me a direct link since many people are there who distribute network monitors or bandwidth meters and all they do is log back info to some other black box

Check with customer care. Tell them that you are not able to register. A few members reportedly solved their problem like that.

    Here are the bandwidth meters

    1. ShaPlus Bandwidth meter - Free bandwidth monitoring software

    2. Bandwidth monitor, bandwidth speed test, bandwidth and traffic monitoring tool for Windows

both of them don't work here
    i am using win 7 64 bit

    also
portal id and password not working
i am not able to access usage details
i was told by the engineer here
    to go to
    selfcare portal
but it is taking a hell lot of time to load it just shows loading ... .. loading....
i fear it might eat into my bandwidth
i stay in kalyan so can u suggest me the right selfcare circle link?

also trying the datafox plugin being discussed by essbebe & infernalproteus

    Kalyan users should register here

    BSNL Customer Care Portal

Takes time and you need your consumer no. to register. A few members had to contact customer care to get it fixed. All the best.

    Try this bandwidth meter

Now with full Windows 7 and 64 bit support!
DeskSoft - BWMeter - Powerful bandwidth meter, monitor and traffic controller
