Question redirecting on browsing and disconnection at nite:1gb limit reached:wat to do??HELP!

hey guys.....plz help out...i hv been getting this page for three days now..from the morning of first of november..there's a window around afternoon when i get through but at night it was back to dat bloody page...all my dim downloads wid rapidshare got screwed..

bt torrents work..so been using it for two days now..bt today wen i woke up,the net had been disconnected and an error abt my password was shown,FOR THE FIRST TIME..torrent showd 2.2gb download...den reconnected without any change or reentering of the password and it got through!..still no browsing..

finally,around ten minutes back wen i got the same "redirected" page for the hundredth time,i entered my user name and password for the fiftieth time and dis time a page opened up..asked me to click "yes,i agree"..dunno wat i was agreeing to..WHAT DID I AGREE TO?????ND,DER WAS OPTION "KNOW MORE"..WEN I CLICKED DAT,IT SAID"YOUR BROADBAND WILL BE SUSPENDED FOR A MONTH IF YOU DO NOT CLICK YES,I AGREE".......!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
talk abt arm twisting....
so i clicked yes..and den a page abt d bandwidth on demand and all opened up..some kinda usage details too..showed 350mb download(possible) and 3.5gbupload (now how's that possible??!!)these dudes at bsnl know nothing of programming i already knew..but don't they know english either??cant they just explain wat they are doing???hell even if it were in chinese it would be fine..at least they made an effort..!!

can somebody please explain?????????

can i download?

is there some cost issues??

wat kinda **** am i in??

Raise a complaint to your local exchange CC.I had the similar problem this morning.I was told by the CC guy, that it is some technical issue.They resloved it in couple of hours.

i'm not sure if this would work, but you could try changing your DNS servers, just dont use the BSNL dns servers.. opendns servers would be good.. their ips are 208.67.222.222 and 208.67.220.220 .. please let me know all those who have this redirection issue if changing DNS servers help!!

I solved this problem by resetting modem and then reconfiguring it.... I was using OpenDNS... but it doesn't matter in this case.... I guess hackers got into BSNLs modem of users... cuz few were able to solve it by just rebooting the modem... but not me...

I was also having similar problem for last 3 days. But today it is solved by itself. I do not know what BSNL was doing ??

Any one has ideas about this ??
