I started using BSNL unlimited 750 plan since last 4 months(siemens c2110 modem)
ever since then i've been facing with some prob or the other
1>Whenever a phone call is made or received the internet gets disconnected inspite of changin the splitter the problem doesnt ceases to exist.
2>The speed varies drastically even reaches 0 Kbps every 5 mins thus preventing me from downloading or working on online clients
3>At times there is a frequent link failure almost 40-50 times per day X(
4>The attitude of BSNL people: Even after calling up the customer care repeatedly since 4 months(nevertheless i find that the call gets disconnected from their side most of the time) and visiting the Senior Divisional Officer nth times there is hardly any response from their side at the most i recieve a call asking me if my net is working fine..my negative response doesnt trigger any change in their state of mind....All the while hardly once the BSNL people came over to check out the problem(though that didnt help at all)..my woes continue..
