Default BSNL woes....

I started using BSNL unlimited 750 plan since last 4 months(siemens c2110 modem)
ever since then i've been facing with some prob or the other
1>Whenever a phone call is made or received the internet gets disconnected inspite of changin the splitter the problem doesnt ceases to exist.
2>The speed varies drastically even reaches 0 Kbps every 5 mins thus preventing me from downloading or working on online clients
3>At times there is a frequent link failure almost 40-50 times per day X(
4>The attitude of BSNL people: Even after calling up the customer care repeatedly since 4 months(nevertheless i find that the call gets disconnected from their side most of the time) and visiting the Senior Divisional Officer nth times there is hardly any response from their side at the most i recieve a call asking me if my net is working fine..my negative response doesnt trigger any change in their state of mind....All the while hardly once the BSNL people came over to check out the problem(though that didnt help at all)..my woes continue..

please check your mail and verify your email address

as you said that you are not able to use phone and broadband at same time and whenever your phone rings you get disconnected from internet, so it seems like a problem with line and your line is not capable of carriying signal properly. There are 2 possible causes for the same
1. Physical setup of broadband is incorrect, for this please check all the physical cables at your home which you are using to connect your broadband device (modem/router) and remove extention cables (if any) and please try to replace splitter from your phone socket.

2. There is a fault with your telephone line which you can get fixed from BSNL only, you need to visit your exchange or call customer care for line test

i will point out only one additional thing. whenever u call BSNL cc, report "no connection", reporting "malfunction" wont budge them.

thank u very much for the suggestion..i've checked the physical set up of the broadband..guess the problem is with the telephone line..as usual i called up the SDO(my frequent calls have already made me known to them :P)
He's answer was the usual that he'd be sending a lineman or someone to check out the problem.

About the variation in speed i guess it's coz of the new port..because i start experiencing it at times after recieving a call from the BSNL people asking me if my net is working fine, perhaps all they do is change my port..and in some i face this weird problem..
