Cool Broadband on Demand- how to know if have used or not.

I have plan 500 C. On sunday evening I got redirected to 172.30.83.134:8080/ssssportal.war/exceedlimit

with the message that I have exceeded my down/up limit of 1GB.
Now I have limit of 1.5 GB so I thought it to be technical error.
As there was this option of logging in to check usage in there I used my login details for logging in.
Then I knew it is the site for B-o-D. Broadband on demand.
Now after one day I am able to use internet.
But the thing that baffles me that usually my upload speed used to be <20 KB/s in torrents.
Now it sometime goes beyond 40 like 41 , 42KB/s.
Though I have not checked for download speed as I have not been leeching from my private tracker.

My concern is will I be charged for using any broadband on demand?
I I havechecked Ihave not changed the default setting in that site.
    Still I am confused.
Please suggest what extra bill if anything to wait for. Or else how can I confirm if I am using broad band on demand.

    Thanks.

since you are on 500c.. you should be getting more than 40kb/s .. so its not weird.. and i think you could ignore that 1gb limit alert..

I hope I am not charged any more than I usually pay.
    Thanks again.
