Thread: BSNL Internet Setup is running 1 Month Delay In Hyd'Bad ? Is this True ?

Hi All,

I Guez you all know that i've terminated my Reliance Wimax a month ago.

Now I'm looking to apply for BSNL UL750 plan.

I shud hav selected this before., but due to some urgent requirement i had to go for reliance ( wil post review in reliance section )

But BSNL is perfect for me., as i've it at my office

When i went to the office., they said.. "New Internet connections are running 1 month delay"

Is this true ? Please tell me is ther any other way tht i can get it faster. like within' 3-4 days after applyin' ?

I need i'net connection badly and urgent.. i'm afraid of that 1 month delay ..

plz help me guyz for any tips for getting it faster.

when did u apply , did u call up the CC or went to ur exchange,

u are getting in 7-10 days time ( including the holidays)

i applied on monday, got the connection by next monday .

I had applied for a BB connection last month(Oct 7th)when it was informed that I will get it within 1 month. Now on further enquiry they say untill further expansion nothing is possible, which may happen in December that also not sure of. I am from Kottayam, Kerala. I have no idea what to do now!

bsnl is in big demand now a days.. with so many people applying for a connection . it could take a while unfortunately..

Mention this and say you can use the same modem after office hours !
Probably , modems in short supply !
Tenders not opened still !
Offer to use/buy your own modem/router !!!

I've applied Home500 plan on 29th October and Got it connected on 5th November(today)

lucky you. well i am still stuck with the same situation. i had applied for home 500C plan. i have contacted higher authorities but dont think will have much of a help from their response. yogy where are from, i mean which area do you hail from?

thanks a lot for reference, but they won't take care of our modem and i hardly have time to look on other stuff..

am mostly busy with my life... i workout each n every minute ( don't hav gf )

my uncle told the same.... HOME500 and HOME500C is quicker.. but i don't want to make issues.... again change 'em lol

I'VE GOT MY I'NET CONNECTION ON 9th of NOVEMBER Was a Great Surprise for me... that quicker

Happy to hear that. As for me now they tell me it will take minimum of 2-3 months that also just their best, probably will take more time. They themselves advice me to opt for some other provider.

I applied on 5th Oct and got connection today.

can some one tell me how to change the usage. I haven't been given anu username./password

Oooh. Atlast You Got it

they will provide username with the modem itself. else contact the executive who installed the connection.

my representative told me that "only if the head office allots username/pass, we install the connection.... else .. pending from them"

simple solution.. ask ya connection executive who installed it
