Thread: How Much do U make UL750 Users ?

yes im a UL750 user.My transition is as follows:
250-900-500-750
I too use webcam & u r right...it does get stuck often..

I switched from Home 250 to Home 900 UL and was too scared to switch to any other plans. Now I really need my Web-Cam working. Because I need to contact to New Zealand, the 2:00 AM to 8:00 AM unlimited limit is perfect for me.

Ok..its nice to see tht something is working to ur palns..

I m a bit wet behind the ears about this loops and samples thing.......I googled it and learnt about this audio mixing things, but what r the actual uses of these.........

And yes of course, in case of rapidshare we r all stuck.

The loops and sample are used for flash animations and all to add special effects. (Breaking glass, fighting with blades, gunshots, etc.).

Make ur own stuff--what else?...The whole audio industry runs on audio samples &loops these days.

I have used many sound tracks and loops like that for creating flash animations. I downloaded them from www.flashkit.com.

It would be 4GB samples.

Well, my use of music tracks or loops are for simple purposes like giving sound to a rollover effects etc. So I don't need such high quality ones.

It would be rather off topic but let me share here some D/L speed snaps..





And im supposed to get not more than 32KB/s.But these r peaks of course &there r valleys too.But still how abt 100KB+ as peaks?
any other UL750 user has ever got such peaks during their dwnloads?

Just for three day I got near 150 KB speed. Between 8 AM to 10 PM. After that never ever got above 35 KB.

No I don't. When that happend, I thought BSNL increased the speed to 1.5 Mb at first. I guess it would have been a marvel if I had took one.

I am going to change to Home 500 C+ starting next month. So that might never happen.

Torrents r generally not found for loops &samples which r freshly released.
I once made a small sample using Limewire but thts a rarity.

Yea thats true for RS or similar sites. I try to avoid those sites since I changed my UL750 to Home500. It was a little problem at first. But now its OK.

I will post my usage of October.

Near 16 GB Download + Upload.
My maximum data transfer in Home 750 UL is 25 - 30 GB.

I read some posts on "staying awake in night" to download during the happy hours. There is no need to do that. Till date, I have stayed up late till past 2 AM two or three times only. You can schedule auto-wakeup and reset modem by scripting. Have a look here:

1. Automatic rebooting of router at 2 AM and 8 AM
2. Ultimate Night Usage Manager.

My usage nearly 30 GB(29.545GB) on October . This month(November) my usage till now nearly 23 GB.
