I have changed my plan from monthly 250........
how to confirm that my plan has been chaged
Since you changed it ,why confirm ?
You APPLIED for a change of tariff plan ! BSNL has to change it !
Better to check up in your usage portal , according to your IP.
    (A) Old IP 59.xx.xx.xx or(B) new IP 117.xx.xx.xx
For (A) you select old plan as well as new plan and check for this month.
For (B) check Under "MY Orders " "provisioned"

If you download heavily presuming the plan has bee changed,
later you have to make "pilgrimage" to BSNL , if you get a heavy bill !

There have been reports where some got the plan changed immediately, and others have to wait for more than a month !
    Please check.

Another quick test is to check your speed using speedtest.net. If you still on Home 250 plan, you should get speed more than 256 kbps and probably something like 1.8 to 2 mbps. If the plan is switched to UL750, the speed will be 256 kbps only.
