Thread: Usage portal fails to recognize user ID & PW since morning

Hi friends,

Morning to u all,

As usal, when I tried to check usage site bbservice.bsnl.in this morning, it said invalid userid & pw and did not open the site.

I have repeated it many a time till now, but no use, still shows the same invalid message.

Anyone else is facing this problem today, please share

Yes, I cannot access bbservice.bsnl.in either. But data.bsnl.in is working fine. Try it.

But, what message u r getting when u try to open it? "invalid ......." is it that?

The same. It displays a new page with just this message.

Pleasure, It's not as good as bbservice.bsnl.in, but it will do if you only want to check usage.

the export to excell is there which makes it excellent. I feel this new portal is even better to check usage as details are provided alongwith accurate timing of use.

There is no option to view the Data Plan status in data.bsnl.in. Also to change portal password and modem password.
