Rep Power: 2  |  When call comes internet gets disconnected.. Among few problems that i am facing, one is when call comes to our land line phone internet gets disconnected ( the dsl light blinks ) and after a few seconds, it gets connected automatically Does this happen to every one or just me?? |

Rep Power: 6 | No, this will not happen with Broadband. Unless there is a problem with the phone line. You can use Internet and Phone at the same time without any problem. Did you connected it properly ? Refer the diagram.  Last edited by Archer; 11-09-08 at 12:49 PM. |

Rep Power: 2 | Well I have checked all the wires in my home, the connection is Line ( Wall )----------LJU Box --------------------- | | | --------------------- | | | --------------------- | | | ---------------------Line| | --------------------- | | phone --------------------- | | --------------------- ADSL I have connected line of lju with wall line, adsl with router and phone with our lan phone, but when call comes internet gets disconnected ( temporarily ) for a few seconds.......( but there is a little line distortion in phone line ) |

Rep Power: 6 | Where did you connected your splitter. Is it like in the picture ? Splitter should be the first device connected to the phone line. Also, please specify your SNR and Attenuation values. Last edited by Archer; 11-09-08 at 12:51 PM. |
