Usually the offer is giving as News here. But so far nothing.
West Bengal Telecom Circle
Para two : User for Hyderabad said it is available
for Andhra Pradesh Users also. No notice in web site, but BSNL has
advertised in Newspapers and or posted in their Notice Board.

Contact your CC for confirmation.

At present only Chennai Circle( TamilNadu), Gujarat, Maharashtra &
Karnatka web sites offer Double Bonus offer for Novemebr 2008.
The Karnataka site says it is for everyone .
No order Number or reference.

Calcutta Telephones offer double usage in November month but this offer is for those customer who using broadband for at least 6 month( BB activation date must be 1st May 2008 or before that day) i read in the newspaper from BSNL ads so lets Enjoy
For me it does not make any difference because I am new user(activated in August)

Where was this announced? Where is the press release? I am not sure that this news is correct.

In three languages Bengali/English/HINDI

HOPE THESE WEB SITES Are official web site/s of BSNL Calcutta.( Now kolkatta)

Any other information , suspecting these as "Hacked " web sites,
