Thread: In the name of Whom I would Write my plan change application?

I want to change my plan from 750plus to 500 C plus due to some
reasons but I don't know in the name of whom I should write my
application.Please provide me help regarding application.

Do I need to write to customer care?

address it to BSNL. Visit your customer care office and suibmit the app.

If you are from chennai then you submit online request to change the plan.

Address ur letter to the "Public Relations Officer - location".

Online application is also a good idea, but since this is india - u better keep continous direct contact. It speeds things up.

Normally the plan will be active from the next month onwards.The new plan will be active from 1st day of the month. You need to submit request for plan change at least 2-3 days before that.

the plan gets changed on 1st of month..
even my plan got changed on 1st..i had applied 3 days before...
