Hello all,
I am using BSNL broadband for morethan a year. But in August I shifted my house (Inside the city of Bnglr). There was a number change and am I eligible for free usage for Broadband this month as announced by BSNL?

If the telephone number and BB user ID are same.
Sometimes the Telephone number may change, but BB
UserID will be the old one Better check up with CC , of your
exchange

They can, if there is a port available at the exchange. You are more likely to get a connection quickly at new exchanges.

well they dont provide at ALL places in bangalore.. i can say that cause a friend of mine , recently shifted to a new appartment and BSNL didnt have broadband facility there. so it all depends on where you are located..
