    @internet_guy what is your next choice of ISP. Just wanted to know which is the second best ISP in India.

    i will go for airtel, i first tried aritel but they said they dont have any exchange for our area so i took bsnl and since 2 years i was very happy with bsnl.but since 3 months the trouble started ,my speed after 2am automatically got slow and automatically to 2mb speeds after 8 am

    only one way to solve this............
    go complain and tell them to change ur port.

    Evander Leopold i told them man,what one can do when these people have muddy brains & dont care abt customer problems

    since these 3months i was roaming around the bsnl excngage like a dog

    sorry to hear that mate.....
    its really shocking that these sort of things still happen.
    today i got my last month's bsnl bill, and they have done it again,
    have to run to exchange tomorrow morning to listen to what they have to say about this idiotic billing.

    Even now the connection is not proper. I think all this has something to do with double usage for this month. The BSNL servers could not take the extra load On the usage site they are telling that we should not change our password because their servers are down. I hope they repair their servers soon.

    that excess billing also happened to me,but i went to exchange and ask them,they give me a corrected bill

    there is only technician in our area ,if i complaint to bsnl,its same guy who comes and i dont know how to talk with him ,coz he doesnt know abt dsl broadband,he knows only abt telephone and he say my line is working properly ,so he reports no problem to the officials

    bsnl is alway best,when u dont have connection problems,once the connection is down,your patience will be tested by these guys
