Thread: downloading speed is only 19 kbps maximum

hi,

i am using bsnl broadband 750 ul homeplan and i am only able to download files speed in 19 kb/s max,and also using relaince data card which is only 56 kbps and downloads in 19kb if i compare both,
why bsnl is slow, is there any problem in my side or is this is problem from the modem or anything can someone help me

please answer the following questions...........

what download accelerator u use ? --max speed
Do u use utorrent? --max speed
download directX from microsoft website, give us ur speed......
