Default Local only connectivity for a week

i am facing a problem on my bsnl broadband(pune)..the problem is i cannot access internet since da last 7 days...my modem is wa3002g4.on it the dsl lamp is on and steady but the internet lamp is off...i have a desktop as well as a laptop.both configured without DHCP...i had called bsnl n they told me to ping their dns...but i got the error 'destination net unreachable'...after a couple of days they told me there is some server problem...but now when i called them, they said server problem is solved but the Local only problem at my place still exists..
i have also tried configuring da modem in bridging mode with consistent error 678.
with no help from bsnl i also resetted my modem to factory setting and have done pppoe setting again but no positive results...please help !!!

Adolix Wallpaper Changer-free wallpaper changer software, background changer, wallpaper randomizer

Post the link given in tinypic.com.

Enable DHCP in the modem. Range 192.168.1.1 to say 192.1681.20
    In Computer :
    Start/ Network/LAN/Properties
    Click tcp/ip
    Click properties
Select "obtain IP address automatically "
    Use DNS 208.67.220.220 & 208.67.222.222
    Save

Since you seem to be using VISTA disable IPV6.
