Rep Power: 2 | Hi All, Recently I am not able to check my account usage. I used to do it from url=hxxp:ww.dataone.in Dataone WebMail--> check account usage. Now it is giving error that Forbidden You don't have permission to access / on this server. is there any other method, i dont have portal id as well. |

| Platinum Member | contact local head-office to get portal id, or u may get it from calling customer care, call 1800-424-1600. then open the following link and by loggin in usin ur portal id and password, view ur usage details. http://www.data.bsnl.in/wps/portal |

Rep Power: 6 | There are two portals to check DataOne usage. http://bbservice.bsnl.in which you were using till now and then there is http://data.bsnl.in. You will be able to use one of them if the other is down. |

| Platinum Member | What???????????? these guys are too much. ok bro, u just go to the local head-office and talk directly to SDE-BB. He can give u that code in 2 secs. Those customer care gals can also give u the portal id just from looking up ur phone no from their computer. they r just too lazy-idiots to help. |
