Thread: Got My Portal Id, how to check Account Usage

Hi All,
Just now i got my portal id, earlier i used to check account usage from dataone.in. but now how to check the account usage.

where and how did you get your portal ID?

use 14digitportalID and password for IP 117.xx.xx.xx
for checking BB usage.

i did not receive any 14 digit id and pass, just got the username and pass

The username (user id) have 14 digits normally.

i dont think so, i tried to log in with it, but am not able to log in

Current IP Check

If your IP is 59.xx.xx.xx your Broadband connection
is called Dataone and UserID and password is same for
(a).. logging to Internet
(b)... checking usage at http://10.240.240.195/webLogin.jsp etc.
(c)..... use for web mail with same ID example abcd @ data one .in

If your IP is 117.xx.xx.xx
(a) userID and Password given to you
(b)A 14 digit PORTAL ID example arc12345022008 password as password.
(c) web mail same as (a) or different password different.

14digit portal ID and PW will be given by the Exchange to you.

i went to bsnl customer care office and they gave me instantly,

if u r in erode (tamil nadu) u can contact this no.0424-2257790. u can get it through phone.
