Rep Power: 0  |  Frequent freezing of internet hi, Iam new to this forum .i have an unlimited 750 plan.They have provided me with ZTE ZXDSL 831AII modem.Two months it worked fine.I use utorrent mainly for downloading.Recently for the last two weeks when i start the utorrent .it downloads for a 20 min or so then it download speed goes to zero ,nor am i able to ping or open any other sites. All the lights on the modem are on without blinking.its attached to my pc by USB and is in the ppoe mode.The operating system is xp sp2 . I have noticed that the same does not happen when the utorrent is off and if i am using limewire or if iam just surfing.Kindly suggest any possible solutions |

Rep Power: 2 | i used to get the same freezing problem while on USB.. change to LAN as mentioned above |
