    Default BSNL Usage check

    Hi,
    I usually check by bandwidth usage from this link:

    BSNL - Broadband Account Management

    But, for last 1 months this site seems to be down most of the time. When up it usually says data not available. Is there any other alternative web sites from where i can check my usage. I tried using some plugins like Datafox but they too dont work for me. Please suggest

    Please scan old threads for alternate usage portal.
    if bbservice.bsnl.in is not accessed with 14 digit portal ID and PW.

    Hi........... i am new user of bsnl 500c plan and my ip address starts with 177................ i have no user id and password

    Can any one help me to check out my internet usage

    I tryed all the links that everyone sugusted but those pages are not working

    How to get the user name and password?

    If you are a new user with IP 117.xx.xx.xx
    and User Id abcd bsnl.in
    set 1:
    with PW to log in to Internet.

    set 2:
    Usage portal ID 14 digit and default PW password.
    Check Usage at BSNL [COLOR="Red"]ONLYCOLOR]site
    BSNL Portal

    Set 3:
    Email Id and password
    ( can be different to set 1 and if needed )
    if you need an email Id with xxxxxx@ bsnl.in
    Get them from your Exchange.

    Para two : to access modem settings usually 192.168.1.1
    userID :admin : PW: admin

    Feedback:
    confirm your Landline connection is old and you have
    a consumer number ( see on top of your Telephone bill )

    Usually the portal ID and password will be provided on the personal information handout which is given to customer on installation (I was given one) of BSNL broadband.

    Check with your local exchange. They keep it in their records. Make a phone call.

    that's the tool for measuring the Bandwidth(UL- DL counter)
    can calculate DL AND UL nearly its accurate.

    1. Mention the portal in which you check your speed.
    2. Mention your BSNL plan.

    Go to data.bsnl.in, use your 14 digit portal ID and check your usage. During early days of the month data may not be available.

    i have a BSNL Home500C internet connection. a new portal page is being provided by the bsnl portal service where i used to check my internet usage previously. now i'm not able to find the data usage page in this new portal

    somebody plz help...

    confirm you are an user in HYDERABAD.
    Set 4 new ID and Password at Selfcare website.

    Just go to this url from your BSNL broadband connection it will not work from any other provider only BSNL.

    I am not sure on this but this should be given by customer care as it belongs to bsnl and i dont think it is public

    hey ppl..urgent help needed

    i m using 1499 plan..i mean i've changed my 500+combo on the 9th of march....(i actlly assured it by the speed drop only,coz everytime i called up the bsnl customer care they said its still 500+..and it will be soon changed to the 1499 plan) and blah blah ...
    i tried checking the wps portal but it didnt helped..
    but somehow i manged to get hold of this site- ssss-multiplay.bsnl.co.in:8080/ssssportal.war
    and it showed service details as business speed 1024 -active
    and in the usage pane -usage not available.

    but now/today in the service details pane its showing business speed 2048 METERED[though m not was that the METERED word was there during 1024 plan ie the last month]...
    and usage not available in the usage pane..but there is inbyte and outbyte values..again about which m not sure was there last month

    i want to know about ..what is this metered thing?if its unlimited plan why is a metered there? ..and the speed changed(is it the bsnl offer of doubling the speed if m not wrong?)
    and will i be changed since there is metered??...

    PLEASE HELP ME OUT!!m damn confused and worried..my financial condition is very bad

    Go to data.bsnl.in, log in using your 14 digit portal ID, post the postpaid orders as screen shot. You need to enter the telephone no in the prescribed format and hit search.

    Check in data.bsnl.in with your 14 digit portalID and default PW password.
    check Post paid etc.

    You need to enter the phone no in the prescribed format and hit search. If the phone no is 044 - 2626823, enter it as 44#2626823. You need to enter only the phone no.

    and the orders tab doesn't shows anything about my current plan ..it has only the earlier records of 2009

    Can you please post screen shot after blackening personal details ?

    It means that your plan change is yet to be processed. BSNL is doing this kind of thing recently. Speed will change, but the plan will not.

    Go usage page and check the whether the chargeable units excluding night unlimited is zero or not. If it is zero, no need to worry.

    When you post a reply
    "Go advanced ":
    scroll down the page.
    Click Manage attachements
    Upload saved JPG picture. etc .

    In Usage page did you enter consumer number
    as seen in your telephone bill.?
    Is it 8 digit Number ?
    Select Billed March/2010.
    Unbilled April 2010.

    ssss portal page accessed if you have multiplay
    like Games on demand IPTV etc.

    feb 10 .. connection wasn't there actlly..i had outstanding bill.

    got it cleared last month and opted for plan change on the same as well.

    The new screenshot is about a user having a Business plan active from JULY 2008. ( with IP address blanked. give it in full )
    You are talking about Home plans here.
    Check your speed at
    Airtel
    confirm at http;//speedtest.net say Mumbai server.
    Wait for March 2010 bill.

    .. at the customer care..1st they say there's no bill..then they say unbilled its 1400 sumthing for the month of march..but its not generated yet..
    ..wats generated?

    i really don't knw wat's gonna happen to me??

    last mnth i ended up paying huge amount and now m nearly a bhikari

    yeah bro..tht's wat its showing there..business plan ..but i didnt opted for any..

    and i asked about it in the customercare..and i dint get a proper answer..and their 500+combo lecture goes on

    Your speed shows you are on a plan with speed upto 2 Mbps. ( probably 500 C + ( Plus).
    Plan change not confirmed till date.
    " Not Generated " Printed bill not ready.

    hmm...yeah ..
    but it was 1 mbps till last nite..and now i dont know how did it changed?is it because of the bsnl offer?(bandwidth gets doubled)
