did u flush ur dns

like ipconfig/flushdns

or just keep changing the bsnl dns servers, clean ur internet history, cache, cookies etc and run a anitspyware scan

only this way i was able to speed up the browsing speed

also try to open web pages in another browser other than that you use regularly

mate

just type ipconfig/flushdns in the cmd and press enter

u r dns cache will be flushed

i used to have this problem too ,i always flush my dns,its normal

also run antispyware scan for any malware

if nothing happens try changing ur dns servers

218.248.240.181
218.248240.23

i use them and they r pretty fast ,ur download speed wont be effected

or use open dns servers

208.67.222.222
208.67.220.220

go tp ur lan connection and right click on it and then properties and then select tcp/ip ,and change the dns servers

no risk dude

u can save the default bnsl servers in a notepad ,so if open dns gives low speeds then u can revert to the default dns servers

try to run antispywre scan using spybot or any other software

as i said earlier try different browser opera, firefox, google chrome & ie

and see whether u r getting the same speeds, also make sure ur firewall is not slowing down the speeds

test ur speed
