Default Excess billing Problem

Sir,
I have a home 250 plan & to convert it to home 750 plan. I submitted an application at 21st of October & they told me my plan will be changed within 2 or 3 days & confirm your account changed or not asked to help line no. 1957 on 23rd Oct call to help line no. & they told me that my account is converted to home 750 plan & after I used my account like home 750 plan & I download many thing in unlimited & my account also showing chargeable unit zero but when I received my bill I was shocked it is Rs.15896/- they charge me home 250 plan & no unlimited free when I went to BSNL office they told me plan never change before 1st of the month & you have to pay full payment. I have checked also BSNL your website, you can change your plan any time.

I request you to give me whatever help possible and also post my complaint in your site. Please also let me know the procedure for moving the Consumers Court.

well this is really tricky.. bsnl guys would have told you that they changed your plan just like that.. they have no clue what they are saying..unless you have good evidence that they told you that the changed your plan.. its going to be tough.. did you check your bsnl portal to see if your plan has been changed?
