Rep Power: 6 | There is no way of increaseing speed. You need to get a Limited plan for that. |

Rep Power: 2 | go for ul 1350 plan u may get speeds up to 600 kbs or apply for limited account to get up to 2mb speed and u can sechdule ur downloads during happy hourrs 2am to 8am |

Rep Power: 0 | to increase download speed Only some ways they are: 1. Click Start->run->type "gpedit.msc",then Computer configuration->administrative templates->network->Qos packet scheduler-> doubl click "limit reserved bandwidth"->on settings tab click enabled & select bandwidth to 0%.....NOTE: tihs process is valid only for xp users 2.Use download like DAP, Flashget,Internet download manager,etc |

But this will help in releasing some unused and reserved bandwidth. On a UL750 plan, it is impossible to get anything beyond 35 kB/s. On an average, people get 28~30 kB/s. @internet_guy, UL1350 plan is 512 kbps (64 kB/s) plan. Please check.
