Thread: Plan Got changed earlier UL750 to 500

hello everyone...at indiabroadband .
i was using HOME UL 750 plan .On 22 November i applied to change my plan to Home 500. They told me that HOME 500 Plan will be active from 1st DEcember.

I run torrents all day.
but on 29 November at 8:05 PM my plan suddenly changed to Home 500.Unaware of it my torrents download kept on running.
on 30 sept morning 8:00 AM i realised that usage was showing 1.6 GB excluding night time.

and in my user info it also shows plan changed earlier i.e before 1st dec.

i want to ask that i have used 1.6GB in Home plan 500 ..so will i be left with only 800MB usage in DEcember.Or will i get 2.5GB fresh in december.
what should i do..pls assist guys.

Plan changes are pro-rated. Your plan change occurred on 29-Nov, i.e. for 28 days you were on UL750 and for 2 days on Home 500. For the 2 days of November, your allowed usage is 171 MB. Since you downloaded 1.6GB in November, you are in big trouble because you will be charged for 0.9+ GB. Please contact your BSNL exchange and explain the situation to them. Ask for a waiver if required.

For December: Good news. The meter is reset and you will get full 2.5GB.

Yes j4k is right. you will be chrges for the rest usage. and offcourse you will be alloted ne 2.5 GB for the month of Dec.

No plan change allowed in November 2008. ONLY effective From Dec 1st.
Seems you are BB user for more than six months.
Take a copy of above order and claim waiver , if billed usage for two days.

@ essbebe the link you have posted is not from the BSNL site. Can it be produced as a document for evedience? please clarify. and the letter there was not the scan copy of the original letter. and also without BSNL logo and stamp.

No I only want to clarify, as this offer is not available in Assam, As I do not get any SMS, Advertise, anything regarding this. though I have to wait for the bill as this is only 1 Dec.

No j4k I was not asking the opinion fron essbebe! I was asking for clarification. As you can see here Welcome to Official Website of BSNL Assam Telecom Circle nothing is given here. I think you know that post here in this forum has some authanticity. As once I was denied by our local authority to opt for 1350UL plus connection saying that I have to go for a new Landline connection for PLUS connection. But later I post a thread here and the suggestion given by various member was produced in front of the local authority and he was bound to provide me 1350UL PLUS. that is why I respect this forum.

You seem to take everything very personally. I found instances like these at least a couple of times earlier. You are going overboard with your comments like "delete my post if you like, I don't care".

Please confirm you have downloaded Java run time
,either from filehippo.com or Java web site.

Para two : I gave you the first link , specially
to expose you to the different versions of Java available.
Also for many other softwares all versions
are available.

Para three : Please download the driver update tool ,
and check all your
applications have the latest drivers.

Presume ,.you might consider updating your
Antivirus anti spyware programs too.
I would also recommend Ccleaner for regular use.
