I am okay with BSNL's connectivity and speed , but worried about their cunningness with providing account usage details. Their bbservice.bsnl.in server does not connect during end of a month , usually after 25th. For people who want to keep a check on their upper limit usage , this is irritating. For November, BSNL Chennai had announced double-the-limit offer. For me its 2.5+2.5=5GB , but i couldn't check from 20th itself. They may give various reasons for this, but i can only term it 'cunning'.

I was able to check. There are two places where you can check (assuming that your BSNL provided dynamic IP is 117.x.x.x):

1. BSNL Portal!!
2. BSNL - Broadband Account Management

Check it during the non-busy hours such as late night or mid-afternoon.

I checked my account just now... Its not showing any usage records...

Yes I have checked now. It is not showing any records may be due to first day of the month.

not happy with bsnl lately

coz low speeds during night unlimited not even 1 mb speed

complained twice,but no response

hmm...finally its BSNL with Ups and Downs :-)

Last four days i am not able to check my usage only one message is giving by the server
" This error may prevent further successful operations. Please logout and try to login after some time. If the problem still persists, please contact System Administrator."

I can login to my portal but it is showing 'No such records found'

I tried data.bsnl.in & bbservice.bsnl.in. Both of them are down. It's been like this for few days now.

Any body contact with customer care unit or have any idea why this is happening
