My old plan was Home 250 and i applied for plan change on 24 Nov 2008.applied for UL 750

on 1 dec i checked portal n i found that its showing UL 750 and STATUS as OPEN.

so as of now am i in UL plan ?? cauz m still getting high download speed of 250 which i use to get when i was in home 250.

plz help and guide me as i want to start my Download rampage

Seems like we have similar problem. I changed my data plan from Home 750 ul to Home 500 C+. It says in the portal that it's Home 500 C+ now. But I am getting the same speed as Home 750 ul. I decided to wait a day before complaining to Customer Care.

just now i called CC n they told that their system is still showing that i am in home 250 plan.

and one more good news that they have offered 1 GB extra for 6 months old customers and hence i got 2 GB for month of DEC.

so 2marow i will go to BSNL office in my locality and will check the status.

The Order Status should be "Provisioned". May be it will take multiple steps to change a plan. I think that's why it still have the same speed as the previous plan.

again i called BSNL n aksed them abt my current plan......they told that now i am in UL 750 n can download unlimited....hahahh and when i asked about if he is sure then he told that contact u r BSNL office.

whats u r Order Status as mentioned in portal ???

when i asked CC abt Order Status , he told provisioned means limited and Open means unlimited.

Yes I agree with Archer, Your Plan should be provisioned. If your status showing Open then wait and see what is happening. It may be changed to 'future dated' and then it will be 'provisioned'.

as far as i know "open" status means your request is in queue,"future dated" means request is scheduled for a future date & "provisioned" means your request has been finalised.

PS--@archer,from which anime series is your avatar.is it latest gundam series?
