Default BSNL "Broadband Annual Payment" Suggestion needed

Dear friends! I am in 1350UL Plus plan and I opted for Annual Payment for that and accordingly I have payed the Demand note. But after using this plan for 3 - 4 Month, I realise that my usage amount per month is nearly 4 - 5GB, though at the time of getting the connection I have downloaded a lots. 30 - 40GB per month. Now My question is that:

    1. Can I change my plan from 1350 to 500C+?
    2. If yes then what will be the condition of my advanced payment?
    3. Can it be adjusted for my 500c+ as annual payment.

Please help me with necessary details.

    Thanks in advance

The best people to answer would be the billing folks at BSNL. But my take on the situation is as follows:

    1. Plan change should be allowed.
    2. Your actual billed amount would be calculated based on pro-rated basis and the balance would be credited to your account.
    3. With the plan change, the credit balance would be used to pay off monthly charges after the plan change till the balance becomes zero.
    4. You could have an option to convert the credit balance to annual payment of Home 500 C+ plan. If there is a shortfall, you can top up to cover it off.

    Please contact BSNL.

Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd. official BSNL site.
    FAQ22
Can I change from one Broadband data rate to another?
Yes, You can change your BSNL Broadband plan at any time.
Usually, the change is done on
the first of the following month
after you apply for the same.

Better to confirm in usage portal,
and also check if speed has increased.

As I see in BSNL Office, It is automatically adjusted with the new Demand note but after adjustment I still remain around 800Rs. They told me that that will also be adjusted but they can not return the money at this moment.
