    Cool Not Able To Check Usage!

    i have been using BSNL broadband from last 4 years...i have 500 c plan..but there is problem that i can't check my usage from past weeks..i am attaching my screen shot..

    yeah. Portal is having problem and today i confirmed same with BSNL.

    Same problem here. this was happening more and more frequently.
    i have complained many times but no remedy till date.
    what the hell they are doing with that site.

    Everybody has the same problem.Yesterday we discuss this matter in another thread.Usage checking gets difficult in the end of the but this month 7 days its not working.Its enough now I think every body should complaint to CC I shall complaint it tomorrow but I do not think it's make any difference but still we have to pressurized to BSNL otherwise they will never do any work

    i tired to view the usage just now and was able to view last months billed usage.
    But when i tried to view this month's unbilled usage, it said" Sorry, No records found", although i have already used heavily during 2-8 am.
    Is someone else also encountering such problems.

    Thanks for the info adreno. http://www.data.bsnl.in portal also updated usage stats. But only of the date 1/12/2008 & November Month.

    today i got to see my usage..but i was able to see November month usage not the december month one..of date 1,2 and 3..of december...

    Good news! They started updating usage stats again.

    Default some usage still missing

    Yes it start again but some usage record is missing they will add it latter but present moment 1,2 December few session is missing but 3rd December every session is added.If this things is going on I don't know how can i maintain my usage and how can I trust them.

    usually there are problems during 1st week.. it should be sorted out by 10th

    i am bb user from cochin.....
    i hav problems in finding usage detail of previous months.....
    but i am able to view usage details of current month withot any error......
    i check my usage details on data.bsnl.in
