BSNL is not totally Government sector it is Govt undertaking that mean maximum share is holding by govt
May be we can trust them but still lot of improvement is needed specially they have to be more professional in work

BSNL is definitely the best. before it came, sify was practically robbing its customers with ridiculous rates.

not really, when the connection is down,or when the speeds go lower then u will see the real bsnl

for 1 1/2 years i nearly trusted bnsl .when my connection gone down and when i faced low speed i simply realize that govt aided company can never be trusted ,coz the lineman they sended doesnt know anything abt dsl

still i get low speeds even after complaining twice

the most painful thing is until 2:10 am i get 2mb speed ,then after 2am to 8m its shocking not even reaching 1 mb speed

somedays if i am liucky i get around 1.7 mb speed that too only for 1 siteand only on 1 day

Yes,in BSNL broadband two picture is very prominent one is very bride and colourful another is dark and gloomy when your BB connection is perfect then you will think it's the best ISP but once a problem become start then you will be suddenly think how difficult to solve this problem in this Govt agency ,coincidentally I have faced several problem in BSNL in landline and dataone both so i know some times its very frustrating also (even still when i am writing i can not able to check my usage for last eight days although this is general problem for all user)
