Thread: change from 750UL to 500C but low speed

I am sudhakar.
I have changed my plan from 750UL to 500C this month(dec 1) but the download speed is only 40 kbps.

My modem model name is UT300R2U


Kindly help me

same issue here, seems most of bsnl users has got this problem today
