    1. I request you to refer this link for
instructions for settings for the modem /
    C2110 ADSL MODEM (Type-A) MENU

    2. It appears you are on "Dialer'" mode. Kindly confirm.

    3.Please give ipconfig/all data for users/members
to advise you further in the matter.

Start RUN type cmd type ipconfig/all

    4. May I suggest, changing the DNS in TCP/IP properties
    to Opendns 208.67.220.220 and 208.67.222.222 ?

    5. Presume you have connected all PHONES after the
    ADSL splitter.

DATA led off means you are in dialer mode & not in pppoe mode.go to overview & in there see that both of your SNR values are above 10 & Attn values are below 35.

your SNR upstream value is very low.it must be above 10.also your attn downstream & upstream values are very high & should be much lower unless you are 4-5 kms or even farther away from exchange.check that connected standard is G.dmt & not ADSL2/2+.i think you need to get your line checked by BSNL.also in your connection setting click on edit(red pencil icon) in front of connection named something like 0_35_ & click on next till you reach a screen where there should be some option like"dial on demand" & "always on".make sure "always on" is selected & not the other one.if not then select this option & click on apply.restart modem & you are done.do not change any other setting while clicking on "next" to get to next screen while editing connection.

while manually configuring c2110 in bridge mode, leave the wan ip page unfilled.
the end result will look like this.
