    Exclamation Help with Usage.not solved by past threads

    I have recently changed to a Home 1000 plan with 5.0GB limit and night 2am-8am free.
    my modem is a HUAWEi SmartAX MT841.
    i have downloaded the software(named Data One Usage Finder) as given in the past threads for checking usage,
    however i am not able to do so as it says that my username and password is incorrect.
    I am sure that i am filling the correct username and password as i use them to connect,
    Kindly help.

    1.Appears for Home 1000 day usage limit is 5 GB.

    2...There is no modem with the number you have given.
    ......could be Huawei Ax MT841. please confirm.

    3.....Mention the software /s you used to check usage.

    4.... If you are a NEW Bsnl BB user you need 14digit portal Id
    .........and password to check your usage at Bsnl
    ...........usage portal/s.

    Question

    I talked to the bsnl people. they say i must login with the same id and password and that there was no separate portal id and password???

    As usual you have not given any further information.
    Check your IP here.
    Current IP Check
    If it is 59.xx.xx.xx same UserId and PW should be used.

    It is of this type. 59.xx.xx.xx and i am using the same username and password.
    However i am still not able to get to check my usage.
    Any help that you can offer?

    seems like bsnl portal had a problem. It's working today without any problem.
    Thanks a lot for the help.
    One more thing, i noticed in my usage that even though i was connected from 10pm to 8 am one day but did all my downloads in 2 to 8 am slot, i was not charged any usage for downloading i.e. i didn't need to reconnect at 2am and then at 8 am like many previous posts have suggested in other topics.

    bsnl self care portal giving me a hard time too. couldnt see my usage for last week.
    U might wanna be careful. Always reconnect at 2.00am. Once I was connected from 1.30am, started downloading at 2.00am. next day the portal showed that I had downloaded 360mb during 1.30 to 2.00am. I got cheated out of that 360mb that month.
