Default Not able to view other computer in my network places.

Hello. I use BSNL broadband. I have a Huawei MT 841 ADSL router. My desktop is connected to it through LAN/Ethernet cable and my laptop is connected through wifi.In first, I was able to see my desktop in laptop's my network places and vice verca and was able to share files, and printer. But now, I am not able to see my desktop in laptop's my network places and vice verca. hence not able to share files and printer. I tried by checking properties, resetting the router, deleting and making new network but didnt got successlPlease tell me the solution.

more details needed.run network setup wizard again on both pc & laptop.disable any firewall.in TCP/IP properties of LAN enter same IP range(usually 192.168.1.x).after this run ipconfig /all command in dos prompt(type cmd in run box).post the results here if still no success.
Is God willing to prevent evil, but not able? Then he is not omnipotent.
Is he able, but not willing? Then he is malevolent.
Is he both able and willing? Then whence cometh evil? Is he neither able nor willing? Then why call him God?

create workgroup enetr same workgroup in all the connected machines ..run the network setup wizard .. this will configure your all the required setting you dont need to do anything for your firewall ..now share folders you need.
you have to create same username in all the machine too.
