Thread: Setup in macbook

Hi,
I have a mac book and and have a sterlite modem (WA 1003A) from bsnl.

I went to the following site

I saw a link for mac user, followed the step and set up a PPOE connection but didn't work. Any suggestion or help will be great.

Please follow some of the guides here in Broadband How to section. The router and its web interface may be different but principles are same.

you first need to decide which mode you would like to configure your modem in ..
1) PPoE mode - internet works as soon as modem is switched on
2) Bridged mode - Dialer required..
