hi i got new broadband connection yesterday .
i applied for h500c+ but i am not getting that

can u explain what is meaning of this image

now i am in which plan ?

and one more thing i didnt gave any request to change my plan from h500c+ to h750ul+

It means your Broadband connection plan is Home 750 ul plus now. You have to contact customer care to find out why it's Home 750 ul plus instead of Home 500 C plus.

Nothing. a legacy careless mistake done, while registering your form by the Great BSNL employee.Go to the center where you applied and ask them.

NOTE: They may argue and blame that the mistake was yours. so in that time you just say "Show me the form, i will show the plan what i chose", then they might shut. if possible say them that i dont pay that amount difference(750-500=250) of my broadband rental.

I don't think it is having any problem. In my case I have applied for 'Home 500' plan but on portal it was showing 'Home 1000'. While calling CC, they told me to contact nearest exchange. The exchange people show me it was 'Home 500' in their system and I am paying for the same from last 03 months.

Better, to be sure, contact nearest exchange. CC will not help.

agreed , you should get this corrected from your local NIB node

it means your plan is ul750 256 kbps
