Default Brad band problem for 4+ months?

I am having broad band connection for about three years.( phone number 0141-2615481). For the past four plus months it is functioning very erratically. usualy ADSL link faliure is there. The link may be there for any time between 30 sec to 30 min or so.
I have made complaint to all possible persons, but of no avail. As a matter of fact now no one is responding to complaints at all.

It seems that I have to switch to some other service.
What are your suggestions/experiences for air tel or any other.

    Thanks for reading.
    More so for replying.

please post your SNR values from modem.

    1.Please mention your modem/router model .
    and the present tariff plan.

2.Are you still using VOIP service ?

3.As suggested post SNR/ATTN/Mod Line speed etc.

Open Modem page see under Advanced options ADSL.
