somebody change ip of the modem i want to know that how can i change my modem's ip as 192.168.1.1 modem is siemence 2110 model.

why do u want to change it ree???

Try forcing an ip of 192.168.1.10/255.255.255.0 with a default gateway and DNS of 192.168.1.1

Then START>>RUN>>iexplore 192.168.1.1 and see if that works

Check antivirus/firewall and disable it temporarily if you have one. Else you could always hard reset the modem. Behind the modem is a small reset hole. You'd need to press and hold in a pen or pencil untill all the lights starts flashing on the modem (while the modem is ON)

I don't have this unit.

START
RUN type cmd type ipconfig/all
Check the default Gateway and access your modem.

(a)
192.168.1.1/advan_menu.html
Select Admin.
Change only the password.

(b)[s]Someone else to access [/s].......(* details deleted.)
Display IP Address
Usually a Dynamic IP changing often.

(c)WORST CASE : you can reset the modem/router
to default settings and reprogram.
Sometimes the reset access will be a small
round hole at the bottom of the unit.

post ipconfig output from the command prompt ( start->run and type cmd ) as mentioned abve.. is internet working?
