Thread: help me to get new connection

hello,

i want to apply for both new BSNL landline and broadband(bundled together).is there any special application form for this?. or do i have to first apply for landline and then for broadband?

first u hv to get a landfone thn only bb will be installed....

but to apply for broadband separately, is the telephone bill payment receipt is required? if so, then i have to wait for 2 months to get the first bill.

Go the nearest Telephone Exchange .
Fill up the form for Broadband.
No payment to be made.
Since you need a telephone connection,
proof of residence / etc also will be required.

If you go to a BSNL shoppe nearby, pay ONLY
by cheque., if any money demanded.

Select the tariff plan you need.
Heavy downloads , 24 hour unlimited etc .

just go to bsnl office of your area and get the details and application

fill out the application and get xerox copy of, proof of identity and adress proff

u need to make secuity depoist ,and u can also request broaband at same time and pick a plan and mention it in the broadband application

it took me around 15-20 days to get both broadband and landline,

no yaar aisa nahin hai. When i got connection of bb in just 1 week after taking basic phone.

It took 3 months for my cousin and 2 & a half month for my friend to get bsnl bb..... But I wish good luck to any one who applies for bsnl bb.
