    Default Help required.

    in the month of october i gave an application to my local exchange regarding change of plan from HOME 500 C to HOME 250. On 1st of Nov. i saw in the portal that my plan is still 500 C. I asked customer care regarding change but he said that my plan has not been changed.

    So i started downloading again in the night.

    But i have been billed for all the data and it is about 24,000 INR.


    Q. What should i do now?

    i have posted the screenshots of my usage in oct nov and dec(till now).

    will i have to pay the whole bill?

    well its still in 500c, ur plan change applicatin was cancelld because of that nov double usage offer, u dont hav to pay , just go to ur nib , confirm the plan, then report it. they will correct ur bill in few days

    Yesterday i went to the exchange to meet the Divisional Engineer of broadband. He told me that my plan has changed since 1 nov. and it is HOME250. I showed him the portal usage printout. But he refused to admit his mistake. He said that what is showing in his computer is right and what i am showing him is wrong. I said him that i have proof that my plan has not changed but he is not ready to accept the portal data. He is saying that it is false.

    Now, what to do? My december bill is about to come and it will be in lakhs.

    Don't show him print out just show him usage record using pc in front of him then i am telling you what he will say he will definitely tell, you should confirm it from the local exchange also but don't be quit then you will ask him that "why this mistake is happen in computer ?Who will pay for this ?If this is a mistake by computer system of them then BSNL authority has take the responsibility for this guilty and must reconsider my usage".I think you should go to the area Broadband manger for your complain local exchange DE can't do much about billing issue.

    1.. Have you paid your OCT 2008 telephone bill ?
    excess usage for BB . Amount say about Rs 140/=
    2. Bill for Nov 2008 received and paid ? Amount ?
    No plan change allowed in Nov2008 due to Festival Diwali offer.

    3. Or your billing is on Bi-monthly basis ?
    4. Check unbilled usage for this Month Jan/2009.
    If plan is changed to Home 250, confirm.

    5. Else decide whether to cancel your application
    for change of Tariff plan.stating plan has not been
    changed so far, and that, you are not interested.

    6. Surprised, you never followed up the mix up with your
    exchange , even though you could check usage in Nov08,
    and continued to use the NU facility even in DEC 2008!

    7. Keep/Take print outs with user name etc ,
    for all 3 months,
    now to show concerned A.O.
    8. Your D.E cannot change the usage meter settings,
    and it is done only at N.I.B Bangaluru ( Karnataka ).

    from 117.xx.xx.xx July 2008 and Aug 2008
