Yesterday i went to the exchange to meet the Divisional Engineer of broadband. He told me that my plan has changed since 1 nov. and it is HOME250. I showed him the portal usage printout. But he refused to admit his mistake. He said that what is showing in his computer is right and what i am showing him is wrong. I said him that i have proof that my plan has not changed but he is not ready to accept the portal data. He is saying that it is false.
Now, what to do? My december bill is about to come and it will be in lakhs.
