Default Bsnl Home 500 C...severe help needed,,Night Unlimited query

Ok,I'm a new user of the bsnl home 500 C plan.My account usage shows(at bsnl checking site) that mbs used excluding night unlimted is 1519.That's 19 mbs over the limit thereby leading to a bill of something like 520 i think. What I have got is a bill of 1889 and this is only the internet charges. This does not also include the modem installation charges or costs of any other kind.
So in your opinion this is an error na.?
Another inquiry i'd like to make is that broadband signing up form had 'Available' in home 500 c column and 'yes' in a few others.Does this in any way mean that you have to pay a few extra bucks for that or is it just a lapse of language?
    please help.
Should I contact bsnl people or is there some condition that in this particular plan only a percentage of night downloads is free?

You have been reported for Vulgar language.
This is NOT an official BSNL site.

Neither me, or any body else bound to answer your question.

Move your b** and talk to to the
    concerned A.O in BSNL office
and try to talk like this !

    .Apologies I guess
sorry mate.didn't mean to offend you or anything.it's just that i thought that your answer was .. well.. strikingly irrelevant.Appreciate you trying to help man.Was getting pissed coz this was last month's bill. And in this month i've already had net usage of 10 gb(mostly in the night). So if the problem persists i'm lokking ahead to a bill of 800 bucks in january.
Just needed some correct opinion.no offence meant and hope none taken.

You need a few lessons on how to behave in public especially with those who are doing you a favor.

You are just a waste of space here...

A small info. For 500 c plan, free usage is 1536mb not 1500mb.

Yes 1.5 * 1024 = 1536 MB. But Does It really happen. Well I check from old Bsnl portal so its shown in GB from begining. So I know when I hit my limit of 2.5 GB. My friend has H500c and was wondering about this stuff. Whether he gets this 36MB extra or not.

No use for helping the thread starter though.

well there is this confusion.. i think bsnl takes 1gb as 1000mb .. cause i had exceeded the limit once and they charged extra from 2500mb..
