Rep Power: 2 | My letter to BSNL regarding poor broadband services.My letter to BSNL regarding Non Existant Night Unlimited 2-8 broadband in Home 500 I request BSNL Broadband users in general and Bangalore in particular who are facing similar issues to contact Senior Officers like PGM (pgmbgtd at sancharnet.in), DGM (dgm_ns at sancharnet.in) , AGM (PR) (pg_ktkbng at bsnl.co.in). Rep Power: 2 | Yes I agree with itsmemad. yiou should talk to the higher officials directly or through phone and then if your problem not solved by BSNL, you can go to the consumer court. |

| Yes this is genuine problem you can complaint in TRAI also and Just complaint them day by day until they solve your problem.I had faced almost same problem few months ago I had complaint several times after one month my problem had solved |

Rep Power: 2 | As u have said, i have been constantly calling these officers including ther DGM (NP) of BAngalore. Since he has not be of any help I was told to contact the GM (DNW Data Networks) who controls the NOC. After a formal letter to the PGM by our Area Manager and multiple complaints coming from users to the PGM and GM of broadband, GM (DNW) has acknowldeged that there is an acute shortage of international gateways as BSNL broadband has double its capacity. He has aksed me to wait for 10days until that proposed upgradation is in process. I hope the concerned people in BSNL will expedite this in earnest. |

Rep Power: 2 | "bsnl has double it capacity", sore losers !!! why didn't they upgrade the international gateway servers before the bsnl broadband capacity was doubled as i told earlier,these greedy people gave away lots of new connection,without upgrading their servers and bandwidth and result of that low speeds during night ul if u cant upgrade the servers,stop giving new connections,its affecting old customers this what happens when bsnl is handled by a unqualified person ,who is not deserved to be in that position bring back dayanadhi maran or any other person who is qualified to be in that position i dont think the problem will solve in 10 days it will take 1 more year,when its solved a new problem arises n same crap again bsnl will say the bsnl has triple its capacity |

Since BSNL's CMD and PGM of BSNL Bangalore had recieved many complaints against broadband service and NU in particular from all over India, Today i got to know this matter was brought to the notice in the meeting arranged for customer grievance and also presided by the new CGM of KTK CIRCLE Mr. Raghavan. I am now told that BSNL is actually going ahead with the biggest upgrading of international gateway so far done by BSNL within a period of minimum of 10 days to a max of 20-30 days. Only time will tell as to how far this information given by DGM (NP) / PG officer is true. I will also file a RTI since I want to know the parameter devised by BSNL on giving contract to private outsourced call center, qualification and training of these employees and whether any audit is being done and if it is done - is the information available in the public domain. Now I want to ask any experts here :- that can i file an RTI regarding the procedures followed by BSNL regardin the upgradation of international gateways and when does BSNL decide to upgrade and time taken for this upgradation. Rep Power: 2 | now the DGM (NP) of Bangalore is telling me that he has sent a proposal to BSNL management to scrap the NU 2-8 plans or charge a fee for that. His pretext is that users are misusing the NU 2-8 by using automated software to download. ![]() Instead of upgrading the international gateways, a new pretext is being made to give shoddy service. DMG (NP) of bangalore has an extremely -ve attitude towards users demanding good speed and gets abbusive when you demand good service from BSNL. |

Rep Power: 2 | mtnl is in mumbai and delhi bsnl is nation wide and there will be more than million users using 500 plan ,so if they scrap it i am sure people will start making noise if they cant provide decent speeds during night ul ,how can they provide 2mb speed ul in future |

Rep Power: 2 | Night UL speed is very inconsistent indeed. I get 200KBps sometimes and it falls and rises like a random curve and sometimes it even goes down to 35 KBps. Anyway BSNL needs to upgrade few things and I feel two of the most important and immediate things are : Customer Support [need this badly] , & 2Mbps Dedicated BW to limited plans instead of "upto 2Mbps". |
