    what happen to bsnl when the cable cut resovle?
    My plan is HUL 1350 and getting donwload speed $9KBPS and Upload is 9 kbps

    I downloaded last night at 220kBps using torrents. Browsing is slow though.

    Default slow speed from rapidshare

    even i am encountering the same problem ,that is speed is at 15kb/s to 25kbp/sec

    torrents are at about 80% of my normal speed of 240 kbytes/s and RS as well as browsing is patheticaly slow @ less than 10 kbytes/s.

    I'm using a web accelerator for browsing and i can see a considerable increase in browsing speed.
