    Post Cannot access sites

Since the undersea cable snag I cannot access some of sites like PayPal in my computer. Is everyone having this problem if this is due to the cable snag when I can access such sites again. Any information on this.

Undersea cables snag will affect internet speed. It should not affect specific web sites. Maybe the website is facing issues.

It is not as if the BSNL DNS servers are faulty. Just that OpenDNS servers make IP resolution much quicker. Otherwise there is no difference.

bsnl has a lot of DNS servers.. some of them are overloaded and very slow.. some of them are good and respond fast.. so it can be very tricky
