Thread: Charges for duration 1:55am-2:25am

Hi,
I got plan 500c. I had setup for starting internet at 1:55am at night.
Now I am facing problem. I am getting usage charges for 1:55am-2:25am period, which are very high around 400mb during this period. Shall i complain to BSNL to deduct it for 2:00am to 2:25am(unlimited zone). Need Help as my Usage for month is getting beyond 1.5Gb. Find attached snapshot from usage

Dude setup ur internet to start at 2:05am... Cuz if the internet is continuously connected from prior to 2am... BSNL's system charge the downloads!

Now I had setup timing as 2:05am.
Can I ask bsnl to deduct these extra usage units from mu total usage or I have to pay for it?

just approach bsnl and show the timings to them ,if they change good for you,if they dont ,pay for it now,next time start at 2"05 am , i start at 2:07 am regularly

Yes you can show the timing but from practical experience I know that you have to fight for few days for that they will never give you relief easily

trust me.. they wont do that ..

Once i get this problem..
