Settings should be similar. Presume you don't have the Wireless LAn card for MT 841. http://www.calcuttatelephones.com/da...all/drg07.html Try LAN Port connection to both Desktop and Laptop computers. Then try WIFI for laptop. |

Rep Power: 2 | unable to connect to Internet Thanks for the reply. I did follow all the steps. I am able to connect to Internet using the Modem. But while checking the status, getting an error : cannot get an IP address from PPPoE server. file attached. Pls help. Thanks. |

Rep Power: 12 | @spradhan 1.Confirm you can connect to Internet and surf using the LAN port of MT841 In Desktop and laptop. Reference: CONFIGURATION Para two : 2.Start All programs Accessories Communications Wireless Network set up wizard. follow instructions. 3.Start Network show all connections . Does a Wireless network appear ? ( showing secured unsecured networks ?) |

Rep Power: 2 | Thank You for your patience Yes i am able to connect to Internet from both laptop and desktop through the LAN ports of MT841 simultenously. My wireless also appears in the network connection in my laptop and am able to connect to it. i can also ping successfully the wireless router from my laptop. Request your guidance pls. Thanks |
