How do i configure the modem to block internet access to specified PCs in LAN???

mention your modem/model make.
How many computers in your LAN setup ?
If you are blocking Internet access, to say
computer B and D ( out of 4 computers A,B,C,D)
Do you need File and printer sharing for all ?

i have 20 PCs in my LAN and i want to give internet access to only 9 of them and block it to the rest.
I have a bsnl UTStarCom wa3002g4 type-4 modem..
